1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide to us

We collect the personal information you voluntarily provide when you fill out a form, book a session, purchase a Life Design Session, or contact us. This may include:

  • Your name;
  • Your email address;
  • Your phone number;
  • Responses to our intake and qualification questions, which may include your age range, your approximate annual income range, your relationship situation, and the areas of your life you wish to work on (including questions relating to your sense of identity and personal circumstances).

Sensitive information

Some of the information we collect through our intake questions, such as details about your finances (for example, your income range), your relationships, and personal circumstances relating to your identity, may be considered sensitive. We collect this information only with your consent, and we use it solely to assess whether our Services are a good fit for you and to tailor the support we provide. You are never required to answer any question you are not comfortable answering, though some questions are needed to determine fit.

Payment information

When you purchase a Life Design Session, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your full payment card details are collected and handled directly by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy and security practices. We do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

We process your personal information only where we have a valid basis to do so, which in most cases is your consent.

3. CONSENT

We collect, use, and disclose your personal information with your consent, except where otherwise permitted or required by law. Depending on the sensitivity of the information and the context, your consent may be express (for example, checking a box or entering your details on a form) or implied. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected], subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide certain Services to you. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew.
